Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Head based in Hyderabad. The Finance Head will oversee financial operations, including preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role involves strategic financial planning, delivering accurate financial reports, and providing data-driven insights to drive business growth. Additionally, the Finance Head will collaborate with leadership to develop and implement financial strategies for the retail fashion business.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Strong Analytical Skills and a thorough understanding of Finance concepts
- Experience in Budgeting and financial planning
- Ability to manage compliance and ensure accurate financial records
- Strong leadership and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in the retail or fashion industry
- CPA, CFA, or other relevant certifications are a plus
