About the RoleWe are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Finance to lead and manage the financial operations of a growing dietitian-led healthcare practice. This role is ideal for someone who can balance financial discipline with business growth, and who is comfortable working in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment focused on health and wellness.
Key Responsibilities- Lead all financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals
- Oversee cash flow management, cost optimization, and revenue tracking
- Manage accounting operations, audits, and compliance requirements
- Provide actionable insights to support business expansion and profitability
- Establish financial KPIs and reporting dashboards for leadership
- Work closely with the founder/lead dietitian on strategic decisions
- Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management
Requirements- Proven experience in a senior finance role (Head of Finance, Finance Manager, or similar)
- Strong understanding of financial planning, analysis, and business strategy
- Experience working with startups, healthcare, wellness, or service-based businesses is a plus
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- Professional qualifications such as CA, CFA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work independently and drive financial initiatives
