About the Role
We are looking for a Finance Head (CA) to lead financial operations, compliance, and strategic planning for our FMCG business. This is a key leadership role involving close collaboration with top management on budgeting, cash flow, and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead finance, accounts, taxation, and compliance functions
- Manage budgeting, financial planning, and cost control
- Handle GST, Income Tax, audits, and statutory filings
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and credit control
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, and consultants
- Provide MIS, financial insights, and profitability analysis
- Strengthen internal controls and processes
- Lead and manage the finance team
Who Should Apply (Mandatory)
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience
- Strong knowledge of GST, taxation, audits & compliance
- Experience in working capital management & cost optimization
- Willing to work from Gurugram office
Preferred Background (Good to Have)
- Experience working with a CA firm or currently working in a CA firm
- FMCG experience preferred (Food & Beverage ideal)
