Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Head based in Badhalwadi, Talegoan MIDC Phase-2. The Finance Head will lead all financial operations, including the preparation and analysis of financial statements, managing financial reporting, budgeting, and ensuring financial compliance. The individual will also provide strategic financial guidance to support the company’s growth and profitability, while ensuring efficient financial processes and controls.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, and Finance-related processes
- Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning
- Advanced Analytical Skills for data interpretation and decision-making
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards
- Proficiency in using financial management software and tools
- Demonstrated experience in leading finance teams and managing high-stakes financial decisions
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent will be an added advantage
Common Requirements
• MBA Finance / M.Com
• 6–10 years experience (manufacturing preferred)
• Strong knowledge of GST, Tally/ERP, and audits
