Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Head, based in Port Blair. The Finance Head will oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and analysis, and financial reporting. Responsibilities include managing accounts, monitoring financial performance, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and advising on cost reduction strategies. The role also involves leading financial audits and collaborating with leadership teams to drive financial decision-making and success.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Analysis
- Proficiency in Financial Reporting and Audit Management
- Strong skills in Strategic Planning and Cost Optimization
- Knowledge of Compliance and Financial Regulations
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, or equivalent) are a plus
- Significant experience in financial leadership or management roles
