Company Description Inly Digital – Bharat’s Money Lens is a smart financial intelligence platform that converts everyday SMS and transaction data into clear, actionable insights for users. What You’ll Own
- Lead the overall Finance & Accounts function.
- Own budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and FP&A.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, treasury, and fund utilization.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS and management reports.
- Drive P&L, balance sheet, cash-flow, and variance analysis.
- Establish strong financial controls, policies, and approval processes.
- Oversee accounting, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial closing.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate statutory audits, tax audits, internal audits, and regulatory filings.
- Work closely with CA, CS, auditors, banks, and external financial advisors.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll accounting, and collections.
- Develop financial models to support business expansion and new initiatives.
- Analyze product, customer, channel, and business-unit profitability.
- Support pricing, revenue strategy, cost optimization, and unit economics.
- Present financial performance and key insights to founders and senior leadership.
- Support fundraising, investor due diligence, financial projections, and investor reporting.
- Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, working-capital limits, and treasury operations.
- Build and mentor the Finance & Accounts team as the organization scales.
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of experience across Finance, Accounts, FP&A, or Corporate Finance.
- Strong understanding of Indian accounting, taxation, GST, TDS, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong knowledge of P&L, balance sheet, cash-flow management, and financial controls.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and financial modelling.
- Ability to independently manage statutory and audit requirements.
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets and financial analytical skills.
- Experience working directly with founders, CXOs, or senior business leadership.
- Strong commercial understanding and ability to connect financial numbers with business decisions.
- High ownership, attention to detail, and ability to operate in a fast-growing environment.
Good to Have
- CA / CMA / MBA Finance qualification.
- Experience in FinTech, Technology, SaaS, AdTech, Consumer Internet, or Startup environments.
- Experience supporting fundraising or investor due diligence.
- Knowledge of startup financial modelling, valuation, cap tables, and investor reporting.
- Experience implementing ERP, accounting, or financial automation systems.
- Exposure to multi-entity or international accounting.
