Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Head located in Faridabad. The Finance Head will be responsible for overseeing financial strategy, planning, and management. Daily responsibilities include developing budgets, monitoring financial performance against forecasts, analyzing market trends for strategic decision-making, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role also involves leading a team, optimizing business processes, and providing financial insights to support the growth and profitability of the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting skills
- Expertise in financial analysis, reporting, and data-driven decision-making
- Knowledge of compliance, regulatory standards, and corporate governance in financial practices
- Proficiency in team leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management
- Experience in process improvement and operational efficiency
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data clearly
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools
- Experience in the manufacturing or retail sector is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s or professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CFA preferred)
