Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Finance Head, based in Coimbatore. The Finance Head will oversee financial operations, including preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing budgets, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. The role involves strategic financial planning, budget control, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Collaborating with other departments to align financial goals with organizational objectives is also a key responsibility.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, and Finance
- Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, make informed decisions, and solve problems effectively
- Proficiency in Budgeting and budgetary control processes
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proven leadership experience in a financial or managerial capacity
- Knowledge of financial compliance and regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or professional certification is an advantage)
- Experience in the nonprofit sector preferred
