About the Role
SKKIPL Group is looking for an experienced Finance Head to lead the finance function at our Kayad Mines operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project billing, SAP invoice processing, financial reporting, and ensuring timely coordination with Hindustan Zinc Limited (HZL), site teams, and the Head Office.
Key Responsibilities
Billing & Payment Management
- Prepare and process monthly provisional bills for HZL.
- Coordinate with operations teams to obtain JMC and supporting documents.
- Submit monthly bills to HZL within stipulated timelines.
- Track bill status and follow up for timely payment realization.
- Analyze payments received from HZL and submit reconciliation reports to the CFO.
- Ensure invoices are generated immediately upon receipt of approved JMCs.
SAP & Invoice Processing
- Prepare reimbursable and re-routing purchase orders in SAP.
- Process timely GRNs for service-related invoices.
- Verify invoice documentation and ensure compliance before submission to Head Office.
- Coordinate with site and corporate finance teams to ensure smooth invoice processing.
Financial Reporting & Site Finance
- Prepare monthly analysis of mine-wise cash expenses.
- Verify and submit cash expenditure records to Head Office.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and company procedures.
- Support the CFO with financial analysis and other site finance activities as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance) preferred.
- 8–12 years of experience in finance, accounting, or project finance, preferably in mining, infrastructure, or industrial operations.
- Strong knowledge of SAP ERP, billing, GRN processing, MIS reporting, and financial controls.
- Experience in contract billing and coordination with large corporate clients will be an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
