Key Responsibilities
- Finance Project Reporting, Budgeting & Cost Analysis
- Preparing accurate project reports, estimating budgets, and monitoring financial performance.
- Project Planning & Coordination
- Assisting in end-to-end project planning and ensuring smooth cross-team coordination.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Maintaining structured project documentation, performance reports, and financial summaries.
- Coordinating billing stages, tracking payments, and managing vendor-related communication.
- Time Management & Problem-Solving
- Prioritizing tasks effectively and resolving project/financial issues in a timely manner.
- Teamwork & Process Understanding
- Collaborating with internal teams and maintaining a clear understanding of project cycles and processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Finance, Accounting, and Financial Statements
- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data effectively
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- MBA & Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in financial software and tools
- Experience in project coordination or related roles in consultancy or project management is beneficial
