Role: Finance Executive (MOOWR & EXIM Manufacturing)
Experience: 8-12 years

Role Overview:
We are looking for a compliance driven and commercially strong Finance Professional to manage the financial operations of a manufacturing facility. This role requires strong hands-on experience in
- Manufacturing product costing
- MOOWR accounting
- EXIM & Customs compliance
- Budgeting & statutory compliance
Key Responsibilities:
MOOWR & Customs Compliance (Mandatory):
- Manage MOOWR duty-deferment calculations
- Reconcile bonded warehouse inventory with Annexure B
- Map BOM with Bills of Entry (BOE)
- Calculate duty & IGST for DTA clearance
- Ensure zero penalties during Customs audits
EXIM Finance:
- Handle LC, BG & Forex forward contracts
- Track foreign remittances vs Shipping Bills / BOE
- Ensure realisation of export incentives (RoDTEP)
Costing & Budgeting:
- Drive product costing for industrial valves
- Prepare OPEX & CAPEX budgets
- Conduct monthly variance analysis (Budget vs Actual)
Accounting & Taxation:
- GSTR 2A/2B reconciliation
- TDS / TCS / GST compliance
- Lead month-end & year-end closure
Mandatory Criteria
- 8–12 years in Manufacturing / Heavy Engineering / Automotive
- Active experience in MOOWR / SEZ / 100% EOU facility accounting
- Strong exposure to Customs & EXIM compliance
- Hands-on costing experience
System Knowledge:
- Odoo ERP
- Xero (for cross-border consolidation)
- MOOWR tracking tools (preferred)
Qualifications:
CA Inter / CMA Inter / MBA Finance / M.Com
