Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Executive I, based in Coimbatore. The responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial statements, reconcilations, experience in tally is must, managing GST compliance, creating accurate financial reports, and supporting financial planning and decision-making. The role also involves collaborating with team members to ensure accurate financial records and assisting with internal audits and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and handling Financial Reporting
- Strong Analytical Skills and a solid understanding of financial concepts
- Knowledge of Finance and Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance
- Ability to work independently and ensure accuracy in financial records
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Prior work experience in finance or accounting is mandatory with atleast 1 year min needed and max of 3 years. Else dont apply.
- Proficiency in accounting software like Tally and Zoho books and tools is a plus
- Year end tax fillings and audits support for CA and CS team
- Bank & vendor bill reconciliations
- Accounts payable and receivables
- Payroll Management
- Monthly Audit fillings
- TDS, PF, Leave Management
Job Location
Mudalipalayam, Neelambur, Coimbatore
Willing to travel to office. No WFH. Mon to Sat - 9.30 am to 6.30 pm.
