Role OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts & Finance Executive who can take ownership of financial operations, ensure data accuracy, and streamline processes. This role requires both execution and oversight capability.
Key Responsibilities- Audit & SupervisionReview and audit entries done by junior accountant (sales, purchase, payments, bank, expenses in Tally)
- Ensure accuracy before sharing data with CA
- Payroll & MISManage salary processing and related accounting
- Prepare monthly MIS reports for business insights
- Working Capital ManagementMonitor and manage debtors & creditors ledger
- Improve cash flow tracking and planning
- Compliance & FilingsPrepare data for GST & TDS (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
- Coordinate with CA for timely filings and compliance
- Financial ReportingPrepare monthly & quarterly P&L statements
- Assist in financial analysis for decision-making
- Process & Internal ControlsSet up and improve internal processes for efficiency
- Conduct basic internal audits
- ReconciliationsHandle TDS reconciliation and reimbursements
- Manage e-commerce payment reconciliations (Amazon, Flipkart, CRED, Q-commerce platforms)
Key Requirements- 2–5 years of experience in Accounts & Finance
- Strong working knowledge of Tally
- Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic compliance
- Experience in MIS, reconciliations, and P&L preparation
- Good attention to detail and ownership mindset
- Experience with e-commerce accounting is a strong plus
