We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive **Finance Executive** to join our growing team. If you have strong accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and hands-on experience in finance operations, we'd love to connect with you!
### **Key Responsibilities:**
* Accounts Payable (AP)
* Accounts Receivable (AR)
* Employee Reimbursements
* MIS Reporting
* Account Reconciliation
* Client Invoicing
* GST & TDS Compliance
* Cost Sheet Preparation
* Internal Audit Support
* Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
* Email Handling & Follow-ups
* Client & Vendor Management
### **Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
* 2+ years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
* Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
* Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
* Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Finance knowledge, including experience with Financial Statements and Financial Reporting.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and support business decisions.
- Candidates should possess working knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and related compliance processes.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with accounting software, spreadsheets, and general MS Office tools.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications are an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, integrity in handling financial information, and ability to work in a fast-paced, event-focused environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
