🚀 #Hiring | Junior Executive – NBFC (Finance & Compliance)

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Executive to join our team at Rrayze Business Solutions, Gurugram.

📍 Location: Gurugram

💼 Experience: 1–3 Years

🎓 Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

✔️ NBFC operations & financial analysis

✔️ Compliance with latest RBI guidelines

✔️ ECL (Expected Credit Loss) policy analysis

✔️ Financial statements, depreciation & disclosures

✔️ Support in statutory audits & reporting

✔️ Bank audit support & documentation

✔️ Handling Direct & Indirect Tax (GST, TDS, filings & reconciliations)

✔️ Finance, compliance & audit coordination

✅ Preferred Skills:

🔹 Knowledge of NBFC & RBI regulations

🔹 Understanding of ECL & accounting standards

🔹 Experience in audit, including bank audits

🔹 Working knowledge of Direct & Indirect Tax (GST, TDS)

🔹 Strong Excel & analytical skills
