Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Finance Executive role located in Pollachi. The Finance Executive will oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, manage accurate and timely financial reporting, and ensure compliance with Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations. Additional responsibilities include conducting financial analysis, monitoring budgets, and supporting the institution with financial planning and decision-making activities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Finance
- In-depth knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance and processes
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial tools is desirable
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
- Prior experience in a similar role, especially in an education or training-focused organization, is a plus
