Job Title: Finance Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations, accounting activities, compliance, and reporting functions. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, hands-on accounting knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and statements.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Ensure timely processing of invoices, reimbursements, and vendor payments.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors for audits and compliance.
- Maintain statutory compliance related to GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other financial regulations.
- Support payroll processing and salary reconciliations.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management review.
- Monitor expenses and assist in budget tracking and forecasting.
- Maintain proper documentation and financial records.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles and Financial Reporting.
- Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally, ERP, SAP, or Zoho Books.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
- Additional certification in Finance/Accounting will be an added advantage.
