Must Have: Proficiency in Tally and 1-2 year exp in accounts operations

Salary Package: 3 – 5 Lakh per annum

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Finance Executive with around 2 years of relevant experience to support financial operations, compliance, reporting, and audits. The role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on accounting knowledge, and the ability to work independently while supporting senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Lead end-to-end financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting processes

·        Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements.

·        Manage internal and external audits, and maintain financial controls

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making

·        Oversee accounting operations, financial accounting and forecasting

·        Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency

·        Provide financial insights for cost optimization and revenue growth strategies

·        Deliver reports and metrics to leadership

Requirements:

·        Graduate/Post Graduate in Finance or relevant degree

·        2-3 years of experience in finance and accounting

·        Tally Experience

·        Prior experience in a growing or entrepreneurial setup preferred

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; exposure to ERP systems like SAP is an advantage

·        Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
