About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Executive to join our Finance team. The candidate will be responsible for financial and management accounting activities, including month-end closures, financial reporting, GST & income tax filings, audit coordination, and payment processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform month-end closing activities and prepare monthly financial statements
- Conduct variance analysis on balance sheet and income statement
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages
- Support preparation of statutory financial statements
- Coordinate with auditors for annual audits and special transactions
- Manage Accounts Payable aging and vendor payments
- Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts
- Handle intercompany billings
- Ensure compliance with finance policies and procedures
- Prepare and file GST returns and income tax returns
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree or equivalent qualification in Finance/Accountancy
- 3–4 years of relevant finance/accounting experience, preferably in an MNC environment
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems will be an added advantage
