Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and corporate compliance. Candidates with prior experience in CA/CS firms or similar professional service firms will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
- Preparation and filing of Income Tax Return and other related tax filings.
- Ensure compliance with the provisions of the Income Tax Act, 1961 and Companies Act, 2013.
- Work on financial and compliance assignments.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for financial analysis, documentation, and reporting.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in Chartered Accountant firm, Company Secretary firm, or related firms (1-2 Years).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax compliance.
- Knowledge of corporate laws and statutory requirements.
- Good proficiency in Excel and financial documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
