Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable: Manage invoices, payments, collections, and outstanding balances.
- GST Regulations & Filings: Ensure timely and accurate GST filings, compliance with tax laws, and resolving related queries.
- TDS Regulations & Filings: Deduct, deposit, and file TDS returns while ensuring adherence to statutory regulations.
- Debtor & Creditor Reconciliation: Perform reconciliations for accounts payable and receivable to maintain accurate financial records.
- Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS): Regularly reconcile bank transactions and resolve discrepancies.
- MSME Regulation & Compliance: Ensure compliance with MSME norms, including timely payments and statutory obligations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master s/Bachelor s degree in finance, commerce, accounting, or a related field.
- CA Intern can also apply for the same.
- 2-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other taxation rules.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, or any ERP system).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to work under deadlines.
