Role Description The Finance Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations and supporting strategic decision-making. Typical responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements, maintaining accurate accounting records, and assisting with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting. The role involves handling Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance, coordinating with internal teams and external auditors, and ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and company policies. The Finance Executive will analyze financial data to provide insights on cost control, budgeting, and profitability and support management with timely reports and recommendations. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain financial discipline and support business growth.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Finance and Financial Statements.
- Candidates should possess sound Financial Reporting and Goods and Services Tax (GST) skills.
- Candidates should possess proven Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data and supporting business decisions.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in accounting software, spreadsheets, and basic ERP tools.
- Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, MBA in Finance) are an advantage.
- Candidates should possess attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates should possess strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
