We specialise in conceptualising, planning, and executing a diverse spectrum of events — from high-energy entertainment and media productions to polished corporate summits, brand activations, product launches, live concerts, award nights, and experiential marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
◆ Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and financial transactions of the company.
◆ Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or equivalent).
◆ Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, vendor payments, and client billing on time.
◆ Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
◆ Handle GST filings, TDS calculations, and ensure compliance with all statutory and tax obligations.
◆ Manage event-wise budgeting and cost tracking — monitor expenses against approved budgets for each project.
Qualifications
B.Com / MBA in Finance / CA Inter or equivalent (Preferred)
