Position- Finance Executive

Role OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive to manage outward payments and support day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a basic understanding of finance processes.
Key Responsibilities- Process and manage all outward payments in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain payment records and ensure proper documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for payment-related queries
- Reconcile transactions and track payment schedules
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures
- Assist in routine finance and accounting tasks as required
Qualifications & Skills- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field
- 1- 3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and payment processes
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting tools
Preferred Attributes- Experience in handling vendor payments or accounts payable
- Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
