Role Description The Finance Executive will manage day-to-day financial operations, including maintaining financial records, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and supporting budgeting and cash flow management. The role involves overseeing financial reporting, monitoring compliance with relevant regulations and tax requirements such as Goods and Services Tax (GST), and supporting internal controls and audit processes. The Finance Executive will analyze financial data to provide insights for decision-making, assist in preparing reports for management and stakeholders, and support financial planning for various projects and initiatives. The individual will collaborate with program and operations teams to ensure accurate documentation of transactions related to women farmer activities and company projects. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hamirpur.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong foundational finance skills, including Finance and Financial Statements.
- Candidates should possess financial reporting and compliance skills, including Financial Reporting and Goods and Services Tax (GST).
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data and supporting decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, MBA in Finance) are an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively with field and administrative teams, and to communicate financial information clearly.
- Experience in rural development, agriculture, or producer organizations is preferable.
