Job Title: Finance Executive
Experience: 2–3 Years
Location: Gurgaon
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive with 2–3 years of experience in accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working on Tally and a good understanding of basic accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare and maintain financial records, invoices, and reports
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for financial matters
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance
- Strong working knowledge of Tally
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with GST filings and compliance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
