About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Executive to manage financial operations, ensure compliance, and support business decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions and accounting entries
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly reports
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, and statutory compliance filings
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits
- Monitor cash flow and maintain financial controls
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter preferred)
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in finance/accounting roles
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and financial regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, etc.)
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Skills
- Experience in budgeting and financial forecasting
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Basic knowledge of financial analysis and reporting tools
- Strong communication and coordination skills
