Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Executive at Bajaj Auto Credit Limited, located in Karol Bagh. The Finance Executive will oversee financial operations, manage loan disbursements for vehicle financing, and ensure compliance with internal policies and financial regulations. Core responsibilities include maintaining financial records, preparing reports, analyzing financial data, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring the accurate processing of transactions. The role demands keen attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities to optimize financial processes and deliver exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Analysis, Budgeting, and Forecasting
- Knowledge of Loan Processing, Credit Appraisals, and Account Reconciliation
- Strong skills in Risk Assessment, Compliance, and Financial Reporting
- Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., MS Excel, Tally, or ERP systems)
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively within teams and maintain professional relationships
- Educational qualifications such as a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; an MBA in Finance or similar specialization is a plus
- Prior experience in NBFCs, banks, or financial institutions is advantageous
