We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our Finance & Accounts team. The candidate will be responsible for managing financial accounting, reconciliations, MIS preparation, and data analysis to support business operations and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial accounting activities and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations on a regular basis.
- Identify discrepancies in accounts and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare periodic MIS reports and share business insights with management.
- Analyze financial and operational data to support strategic decision-making.
- Generate reports related to sales, expenses, profitability, and other financial metrics.
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of financial data and records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for data collection, validation, and reporting requirements.
- Support audits and assist in documentation whenever required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting and Reconciliation processes.
- Good understanding of MIS reporting and data analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in preparing dashboards and financial summaries.
- Knowledge of advanced Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and data reporting tools.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
