Job Description:
- Support annual budget forecast
- Monitor sales vs. budget; analyse variances (volume, price, mix)
- Performance Reporting & Analysis: Produce monthly MIS packs (P&L, BS, cash flow, KPIs); Deep dive into variances; drive margin, mix and COGS analyses
- Advise commercial, supply-chain and country teams on sales, pricing and inventory
- Present insights on competition, SKU optimisation and risk mitigation
- Ensure adherence to SOX/IND-AS, FEMA, transfer-pricing and local regulations
- Review contracts, perform sanction checks and manage audit queries
- Deal Evaluation & Projects: Conduct ROI, due-diligence and NPV analyses for new products, tenders and M&A
- Support funding, system integrations and process setup
- Accounting & Cash-Flow Management
- Oversee day-to-day accounting, intercompany reconciliations and bank operations
- Manage receivables, DSO and cash forecasts; minimize overdue balances
- Process Improvement: Drive automation (Excel VBA, Power BI, SAP enhancements) and close-cycle efficiencies
Additional Skills :
- Advanced Excel modelling (macros, VBA)
- Power BI or similar dashboarding tools
- SAP FI/CO configuration & reporting
- Strong stakeholder management across time-zones
- Fluent English;
- Excellent communication, presentation
