King Rose Construction is an entrepreneurial, growing construction company headquartered in New York 

City, specializing in commercial fit-outs. Our clients include Columbia University, NASA, and many other 

prestigious organizations. We are currently seeking a Finance Coordinator to join our dynamic 

Accounting and Payroll team in our Bangalore office.

This position will support the Finance and Accounting Team in handling day-to-day accounting processes, 

assisting in financial reporting, and providing crucial support for budgeting and financial analysis. The role 

works exclusively out of the Bangalore office.


Responsibilities:

• Invoice entry and project costing

• Recording payment transactions and managing accounts payable/receivable

• Credit card analysis and entries

• Expense reporting and reconciliation

• Responding to vendor and subcontractor inquiries regarding payments and invoices

• Assisting with the preparation of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, 

and cash flow statements

• Assist in month-end and year-end close processes

• Prepare regular financial reports for management, providing analysis and recommendations 

where necessary

• Liaise with Insurance Broker and Carrier

• Coordinate audits for General Liability and Workers Compensation insurance

• Oversee and track Workers Compensation claims

• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes

• Support the Accounting team with ad-hoc tasks and special projects as needed


Requirements:

• Education: Chartered Accountant

• Experience: 2-3 years of experience post qualification

• Experience with Financial Reporting: Prior experience in preparing financial statements and 

reports is highly preferred

• Shift: Experience of working in Night Shift (minimum 2 years preferred)

• Software Knowledge: Experience using QuickBooks Desktop (preferred), Microsoft Excel, and 

other financial software

• Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with vendors, 

subcontractors, and management


Compensation:

• Salary commensurate with experience


📍 Location: Arekere, Bengaluru

🕟 Shift Timing: 4:30 PM – 1:00 AM

🏢 Work Model: 5 days Work From Office (Saturday & Sunday off)
