Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Controller / Senior Chartered Accountant, based in Erattupetta, Kerala. The role involves managing financial operations, including preparation and analysis of financial statements, overseeing financial reporting, and ensuring adherence to compliance standards. Key responsibilities include creating and monitoring budgets, performing financial forecasting, reviewing accounting records, and providing strategic financial advice to support business decisions. The individual will collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth financial processes that align with the company’s goals.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Financial Statements preparation, Financial Reporting, and Accounting
- Proficiency in Finance and a deep understanding of financial principles and practices
- Exceptional Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory standards and compliance requirements
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience in the export or manufacturing industry is a plus
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is required; additional qualifications such as CFA will be an advantage
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems
