Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Controller to support the finance and accounting team in managing financial records, reporting, compliance, and operational controls. The role is suitable for candidates with 0–2 years of experience who are looking to build expertise in financial management and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial statements and MIS reports
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Ensure accuracy of accounting entries and financial records
- Support GST, TDS, statutory filings, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Assist in reconciliation of bank accounts, vendor accounts, and ledgers
- Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audit requirements
- Maintain financial documentation and records in a systematic manner
- Monitor financial controls and support process improvement initiatives
