Roles & responsibility:
- Checking, analyzing and commenting on the monthly results of the department
- Ensuring the correct mapping of monthly IT costs (incl. monitoring of the necessary provisions)
- Ensuring cost control and budget compliance
- Forecasting & budgeting
- Allocating the monthly IT costs to the various divisions and projects
- Timely invoicing of IT services between the legal entities within the Group
- Proactive development of savings opportunities in cooperation with the operational IT managers
- Support in central reporting, ensuring reporting and process compliance with group policies
- Collaboration in the further development of controlling methods and collaboration on various controlling projects (e.g. internal cost allocation)
- Preparation of ad-hoc analyses & reports
Qualification:
- Completed business studies or comparable training
- 5+ years of experience in controlling
- Ideally experience in IT controlling / central controlling in more complex group structures
- Good knowledge of SAP R/3 (FI, CO)
- Confident handling of MS Office package (esp. Excel), Power BI & Power Query
- Good written and verbal English skills, good German skills (min. B2 level)
- Excellent analytical skills
