Finance Controller/ Finance Manager – US Real Estate / Construction/ EPC | Project Accounting | WIP | Procore
Location: Remote (India) Full-Time
Shift: US - EST Hours- IST: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Role Overview: Join a fast-growing US construction company and lead the finance function for commercial, healthcare, federal, and real estate development projects across the United States. If you have hands-on experience in US construction accounting, WIP reporting, job costing, and project financial management, we'd love to connect.
Company Overview: A US-based construction and contracting company working across commercial, healthcare, VA medical, and federal projects, with strong capabilities in estimating, procurement, vendor management, and project execution.
What You'll Do
• Own Job Costing, Budget vs Actuals, WIP Reporting & Project Profitability
• Lead construction loan draws and revenue recognition (ASC 606)
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and variance analysis
• Partner with Project Managers to improve financial performance
• Oversee AP, vendor controls, and project cost tracking
• Improve reporting processes and Procore–ERP integrations
What We're Looking For
✔ 7–12+ years in Construction Finance, Project Accounting, or Real Estate Finance
✔ Strong experience with:
- WIP Reporting
- Job Costing
- FP&A
- Construction Draws
- Cost-to-Complete
- Project Financial Reporting
✔ Hands-on experience with Procore and ERP/accounting systems such as Zoho, NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, or Dynamics 365
