Role Overview
We are looking for a Finance Controller to support our European operations. This role will be responsible for managing financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regional regulations, and driving financial accuracy across markets.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international accounting standards and experience working with global or multi-entity organisations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee financial reporting for European entities
Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Handle month-end and year-end closing processes
Monitor financial performance, budgets, and forecasts
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including auditors and consultants
Support payroll and tax-related financial processes
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and control
Requirements
CA / Qualified Accountant (mandatory)
2–3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting
Exposure to international / European accounting practices is preferred
Strong understanding of financial reporting and compliance
Proficiency in accounting tools and Excel
High attention to detail and analytical mindset
Ability to work independently in a remote / hybrid setup
