We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Controller to oversee the organization's financial operations, ensure statutory compliance, strengthen financial controls, and provide accurate financial reporting and MIS to support strategic business decisions.
- Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the organization's finance and accounting operations.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business planning.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, Professional Tax (PT), Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), ROC filings, and other applicable regulations.
- Prepare and present periodic MIS reports, financial dashboards, and management reports with actionable business insights.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors, banks, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll accounting, and general ledger functions.
- Implement and strengthen internal financial controls, governance, and risk management processes.
- Support leadership with financial planning, cost optimization, and business expansion initiatives.
- Drive process improvements and finance automation initiatives.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure operational excellence and timely deliverables.
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred.
- 5 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, statutory compliance, audits, and MIS reporting.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
