Job Description:
- Lead end-to-end financial management including P&L, budgeting, and forecasting
- Drive robust working capital management, ensuring optimal cash flow across high-volume campaign cycles
- Own end-to-end financial lifecycle of influencer campaigns — from budgeting to settlement
- Manage influencer and agency payouts, ensuring accuracy, TDS/GST compliance, and timely disbursements
- Track and reconcile campaign-wise revenues, receivables, and collections from brands and agencies
- Implement strong receivables management, reducing DSO and improving cash conversion cycles
- Design and enforce payment approval workflows for influencers, vendors, and media spends
- Monitor advance payments, milestone-based billing, and escrow/holding structures where applicable
- Build campaign profitability models, analyzing margins across influencers, platforms, and clients
- Partner with business teams to structure commercial terms, pricing, and payment milestones
- Ensure tight control over leakages, overpayments, and reconciliation gaps in high-volume transactions
- Support fundraising, investor relations, and financial modeling
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements (GST, TDS, Companies Act, etc.)
- Establish strong financial controls and drive cost optimization initiatives
- Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team
- Collaborate on strategic initiatives and business expansion plans
What We’re Looking For:
- • CA / CMA / CS (MBA Finance is a plus)
- • 8–12+ years of experience, preferably in startups / tech / digital marketing
- • Strong expertise in campaign finance, receivables, and working capital optimization
- • Experience handling high-volume vendor/influencer transactions
- • Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
- • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
