Role Description
The Finance Controller will oversee the financial operations of ENORISE, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting and compliance with regulations. Key responsibilities include preparing and monitoring financial statements, analyzing financial performance, preparing financial reports, and managing accounting practices. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize financial operations and provide strategic insights for business growth. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Pune District, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Strong Analytical Skills and Finance-related expertise
- Comprehensive knowledge of Accounting principles and practices
- Advanced knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in problem-solving
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- Prior experience in financial manager
