We are seeking an experienced PlatformSpecialist – Core Apps (ERP) to lead the implementation and optimization of Ramco and Infor ERP. This role is responsible for turning complexbusiness requirements into a clean, controlled finance data model that works across integrations, Chart of Accounts (COA) dimensions, andtaxonomy structures. The role ensures that operational transactions—from procurement to project site activities—integrate seamlessly into InforCloud Suite, maintaining a single source of truth for reporting, reconciliation, and financial compliance.Key Responsibilities:1. Financial Architecture Data Modeling* Design and govern the COA dimension structure to ensure right analysis attributes (WBS, Asset IDs) appear on all ledgertransactions* Organize financial data into a coherent classification scheme to support complex EC reporting like retention and POC revenuerecognition2. Integration Transaction Mastery* Design how operational transactions (materials, labor, equipment) become precise finance postings, reconciliation records, andGL entries Support cost loading and forecasting* Ensure the Infor LN integration framework behaves according to business needs while keeping dimensions and reportingaligned* Assist Finance in daily and month end activities like month end closing and management reporting like Project cashflows andEVM (Earned Value Management)3. Mapping Posting Logic Governance* Manage integration document types, element groups, and mapping schemes to prevent gaps or overlaps that trigger systemerrors* Define fallback and default accounts to ensure transactions post successfully even when detailed mapping is incomplete.* Support integration with other Enterprise systems like HRMS, Project management etc.* Align project structures with:o Cost breakdown structures (CBS)o Financial reporting hierarchies* Assist in cash flow forecasting and financial planning4. Project Costing Revenue Control* Configure and manage project budgets within a flexible WBS, ensuring real-time tracking of commitments and actuals.* Oversee automated revenue recognition processes based on progress billing and percentage-of-completion (POC) methods5. Project Risk Management* Ensure alignment between planning, execution, and financial tracking* Risk Change Managemento Identify schedule and cost risks to track themo Perform delay analysis (EOT / TIA exposure preferred)o Support change management and re-baselining6. Reconciliation Error Management* Manage integration accounts that are not manually editable, ensuring errors are resolved through the integrationframework* Establish master data standards to prevent failed postings or incorrect tax treatments7. Functional Precision Testing* Rigorously test every debit and credit path (e.g., Goods Receipt to Accrual/Tax) to guarantee reliable accountingresults.* Support business users in UAT and financial stabilization support post go-live8. Reporting Analytics* Assist in Developing:o Weekly / monthly progress reportso KPI dashboards (Power BI preferred)o Schedule variance reports* Present insights to stakeholdersKRAs and KPIs:1. Financial Architecture Integration Integrity:§ KPI: % of operational transactions successfully mapped to the GL without manual intervention 98%§ KPI: Zero unmapped integration errors remaining at month-end close2. Data Modeling Dimensional Governance§ KPI: 100% adherence to defined COA dimension and taxonomy structures§ KPI: % of approved changes to the financial model requiring rework 3. Reporting Accuracy Reconciliation§ KPI: Variance between operational project reports and financial ledger views § KPI: Timely closure of reconciliation discrepancies within defined SLAs4. Stakeholder Support Governance -§ KPI: Positive feedback from the Group Finance Controller and CFO§ KPI: 100% adherence to financial documentation and audit standardsQualifications:* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field degree* Minimum 5-7 years of experience as an Infor Finance Functional Consultant, specifically with Infor LN or Cloud Suite.* Expert-level knowledge of Infor LN financial integration document types, mapping schemes, and priority logic.* Proven experience in designing COA structures for project-driven or multi-entity organizations* Deep understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, tax compliance, and audit processes* Should be well versed with Financial Closing activities – Month closing and Year closing.* Experience with full-cycle ERP implementations and cross-functional coordination* Familiarity with multi-country, multi-currency environments* Infor or professional accounting certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is an advantage* Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical IT and Corporate Finance.
