Job Description – Finance Content Developer (CA/CFA)
About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and knowledgeable Finance Content Developer to create high-quality learning content for MBA/PGDM students and working professionals. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in finance, accounting, and investment concepts, along with experience in developing engaging content for online learning platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop course content, presentations, case studies, assignments, quizzes, and assessments in finance-related subjects.
- Create engaging learning materials for both self-paced and instructor-led online programs.
- Develop scripts, notes, and supporting material for recorded video lectures.
- Collaborate with faculty, subject matter experts, and instructional designers to ensure high-quality content delivery.
- Update existing course content in line with industry trends, regulatory changes, and academic requirements.
- Prepare practical business cases, financial models, and real-world examples to enhance learner engagement.
- Review and improve content based on learner feedback and program outcomes.
- Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with learning objectives.
- Support curriculum design and program development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or CFA (completed or pursuing at least Level II).
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 3–8 years of experience in finance content development, instructional design, academic content creation, or online teaching.
- Prior experience with EdTech companies, online learning platforms, coaching institutes, or higher education institutions is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of finance concepts and the ability to simplify complex topics for learners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and AI-based content creation tools is desirable.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online content authoring tools will be an added advantage.
