Finance Consultant – Mid Level
Location: India | Experience: 1–3 Years
Compensation: ₹5,00,000 – ₹7,00,000 per annum
Qualification: CA Inter / Semi-Qualified CA / ACCA (or pursuing)
Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing Senior Finance Consultant with strong expertise in
Direct & Indirect Taxation (India) and hands-on experience in finance, compliance, and
reporting. This role demands ownership, speed, and accuracy—suited for candidates who can
independently manage deliverables and client interactions.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and manage Direct Tax & GST compliance, filings, and advisory
• Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and periodic financial reporting with
minimal supervision
• Build and maintain MIS dashboards and actionable business insights
• Handle tax assessments, notices, and planning
• Independently manage client communication and expectations
• Lead reconciliations, audits support, and compliance documentation
• Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality deliverables across assignments
What We Expect (Non-Negotiable)
• CA Inter / Semi-qualified CA / ACCA (completed or pursuing)
• 1–3 years of relevant experience (CA firm background strongly preferred)
• Strong working knowledge of Income Tax & GST
• High proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
• Ability to handle clients independently and manage multiple deadlines
• Strong attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset
Preferred (Adds Significant Advantage)
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Finance tools (Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, etc.)
• Exposure to automation, integrations, and modern finance tools
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
