Role- GM- Finance Business Partner
Mandatory Requirements:
- CA Qualified
- 12+ years of experience in Business Finance or Finance Business Partnering roles, with Supply Chain, IT, Logistics, HR, Legal, Plant director etc.
- Manufactuing Background preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to drive strategic financial planning and decision-making.
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
- Drive monthly business reviews, variance analysis, and management reporting.
- Provide financial insights to improve profitability, operational efficiency, and cost optimization.
- Support commercial evaluations, pricing analysis, and investment decisions.
- Build financial models and business cases for strategic initiatives and expansion projects.
- Partner with operations and manufacturing teams to monitor plant performance and operational KPIs.
- Drive financial governance, internal controls, and compliance across business functions.
- Enable data-driven decision-making through MIS, dashboards, and analytical reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including finance, procurement, operations, and strategy teams.
- Lead and mentor finance teams while building a strong business partnering culture.
