Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Finance Business Partner. The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for financial planning, business planning, and financial reporting. The role involves analyzing data, providing financial insights, and collaborating with various teams to support strategic decision-making and operational performance. The candidate will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring alignment between financial goals and business strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Financial Planning and Business Planning
- Advanced Analytical Skills and a solution-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Finance and Financial Reporting practices
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving capabilities
- Relevant experience in partnering with business units to drive financial performance
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CMA, CPA) are a plus
- Familiarity with financial modeling and data visualization tools is advantageous
