Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance & Business Operations Executive, located in Bengaluru South. The responsibilities include managing financial operations, overseeing budgets and transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The role also encompasses business operations tasks such as process optimization, project tracking, and supporting strategic decision-making to drive organizational growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day business operations and coordination activities
- Handle Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable processes
- Monitor vendor payments, client collections, and outstanding reports
- Prepare invoices, payment follow-ups, and reconciliation statements
- Manage GST filing, input/output reconciliation, and compliance activities
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and banks for finance-related tasks
- Support tender documentation, bid submissions, and commercial compliance
- Maintain financial records, MIS reports, and operational trackers
- Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and cash flow monitoring
- Ensure accuracy in documentation and adherence to company policies
- Filing, Documentation, Coordination with teams, vendors, Banks etc..
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and statutory compliance
- Experience in payable and receivable management
- Exposure to tender documentation and commercial processes
- Good understanding of finance operations and accounting procedures
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/Tally/ERP systems
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or related qualification
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance and business operations
Preferred Industry
- Engineering Consultancy / Construction / Design / Infrastructure Industry experience preferred
