🚀 We’re Hiring | Finance & Billing Executive (Ad Tech / Ad Network)
🌍 Remote / Hybrid | Full-time
At AutomateTech, we build tech where tech meets ads brilliance. We’re looking for a hands-on Finance & Billing Executive to own invoicing, IO management, and collections across our Ad Tech business.

🔹 What You’ll Do
- Raise accurate client invoices based on approved Insertion Orders (IOs) and campaign delivery
- Review, vet, and manage IOs (pricing, volumes, billing entities, payment terms)
- Coordinate with Sales and clients to get IOs signed before campaigns go live
- Track accounts receivable, send payment reminders, and close collections
- Resolve billing discrepancies and client queries
- Maintain billing MIS, ageing reports, and documentation
🔹 MUST-HAVE
- 2–5 years of experience in Ad Tech / Ad Network / Digital Media / Agency finance
- Strong understanding of IO-based billing and collections
- Working knowledge of GST & TDS
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Familiarity with Tally / Zoho Books / NetSuite
- Clear communication and strong follow-up skills
- Comfortable working in a remote or hybrid setup

- Experience with ad platforms or media billing
- Understanding of digital campaign metrics
