Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Associate located in Chennai. The Finance Associate will be responsible for managing and analyzing financial statements, creating accurate financial reports, and assisting in financial planning and budgeting activities. Other responsibilities include providing timely and detailed financial analysis to support business decisions, maintaining compliance with financial regulations, and effectively communicating financial data and insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Stock Market Operations, Financial Statements, and Financial Reporting
- Good knowledge of Equity, Derivatives, Commodity, and Currency Markets
- Excellent Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret market trends and financial data
- Basic understanding of Investment Products, Trading Platforms, and Financial Services
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with clients and coordinating with internal teams
- Proficiency in MS Excel, financial management tools, and trading/back-office software
- High attention to detail and accuracy in handling client and financial data
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
- NISM Certification will be an added advantage
- Previous experience in Stock Broking, Financial Services, or a similar role is preferred
