Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Associate based in New Delhi. The Accounts Associate will manage daily accounting tasks, including maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, processing invoices, and reconciling accounts. They will also ensure compliance with accounting principles and company standards, assist with audits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the financial health of the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients
- Well-developed analytical skills for financial problem-solving and decision-making
- Customer service and account management expertise to handle client concerns and oversee account-related matters
- Knowledge of accounting software and tools, and understanding of financial regulations and practices
- Detail-oriented mindset and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
- Relevant experience in accounting or finance roles is an added advantage
