📢 We’re Hiring | Finance Associate – Pre-Transaction Audit – Steel Manufacturing Company
📍 Locations: Industrial Area of Kutch & Gorakhpur
💼 Experience: 3–5 Years
💰 Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
🎓 Eligibility
- CA Semi-Qualified
- CMA Semi-Qualified
- Finance Graduate
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct audit of invoices and supporting documents before payment processing.
- Verify PO, GRN, Invoice, and approval documentation.
- Perform three-way matching and identify discrepancies.
- Verify GST, TDS, E-way Bill and GSTR-2B compliance.
- Check vendor details, rates, quantities and supporting documents.
- Identify exceptions, ensure timely resolution and clear/escalate invoices within 24 hours.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Stores, Quality and Accounts for resolution of observations.
📌 Requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience in Finance, Accounting, Internal Audit, Transaction Audit or P2P, preferably in manufacturing.
- Good knowledge of invoice verification, P2P processes, GST and TDS.
- Good proficiency in MS Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a time-bound, control-oriented environment.
