Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Finance Associate role based in Faridabad. The Finance Associate will be responsible for preparing financial statements, performing financial reporting, analyzing data to support decision-making, and ensuring compliance with company standards. The role requires the ability to manage financial records, conduct detailed analysis, and communicate effectively across teams to support financial operations in the organization.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in creating and managing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Strong Analytical and Financial Management skills
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Professional certifications such as CFA or CPA are advantageous
